November 5	7:00 pm	Adult CPR – American Red Cross Certification Course- Charge depends on how many classes you are taking. $25 for the first class and $10 for each additional class
November 6	Thursday 8:00 am	Interagency meeting—8:00am at Sweet Aromas (Every first Thursday of the month)
November 9	Sunday 4:30 pm	SUNSHINE SUNDAY CANDLE LIGHT VIGIL Ashe County Courthouse (new)
November 11	Tuesday 8:30 am	Ashe Elder Abuse Prevention Task Force—8:30am at Ashe County Hospice—Conference room. (across from Jefferson Landing) (Every second Tuesday of the Month)
November 12	Wednesday 4:00 pm	Volunteer Initiative Meeting –4 pm at Ashe Services for Aging (usually every second Wednesday of the month) Note no meeting this month due to Children’s Christmas Project

November 13	Thursday 7:30 am– 9:30 am	Cholesterol Screening—7:30 am at Mountain Hearts, by appointment only: call (336) 846-0744. Must Fast for 12 hours (overnight) may drink water. (Every second Thursday of the month)
November 18	Tuesday 8:30 am	Physical Activity, Nutrition, and Tobacco (PANT)—8:30 at West Jefferson Coffee House (Every third Tuesday of the month)
November 18	Tuesday 9am-1pm	Memory Screening- Free at Ashe Services for Aging- Call 246-2461
November 20	Thursday 4:30 pm	Ashe Suicide Awareness and Prevention (ASAP) Task Force—4:30pm Ashe Memorial Hospital Library *planning for Sunshine Sunday (Every third Thursday of the Month)
November 21	Friday 3:00 pm— 4:30 pm	FREE Car Seat Check at Ashe Family Central Held in the Community Room—the old cafeteria Bring: your vehicle, your child (children), if your child is on Medicaid please bring their Medicaid card, Happy Faces! (Every third Friday of the month, unless otherwise noted)

November 20	Thursday 11:30 am	School Based Health Center (SBHC)—11:30 am at Ashe Extension Office (Every fourth Thursday of the Month)
November 22	1:00 pm	Sibling Class A fun class for big brothers and sisters to learn how to be a help with the arrival of a new family member. Free Program at Ashe Memorial Hospital 846-0734.
